		<description>Just stumbled on your blog, and really appreciate your style. I'm  an organic farmer who is very passionate about supporting local food systems, and I love the insight you present in this post. I'm always wary of large organizations and am not a member of any for the reasons you listed, although I do see the good intentions they started with. I think we are better off throwing ourselves into our own communities, wherever they are and however short-lived may be our time there.
