Wow! What an amazing guide. I have been vegan for a couple of years now (before that I was veggie) and I have to say I still eat way too much and still enjoy all kinds of gastro delights.

Of course eating out is the biggest problem and this guide solves that in Oregon.

Kara - I have a wordpress.org blog so I can use any one of thousands wordpress themes and this is one of them - google cbavota magazine theme and this will probably pop up. It does take a bit of reorganizing but I think it’s worth it. You’re right, I’m not sure about the search engines but wordpress.org does have SEO plugins that should help with that. Good luck!

Hello. This is kind of an “unconventional” question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you’ve got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very new to all of this …so i am just not positive exactly how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time Thanks for any help you can offer here

From 17 Jan 2010 the Blossoming Lotus is doing weekend brunch too, at their NE15th & Broadway location. Worth checking out, as is their recipe for beet and curried cashew salad. Yum!
